The most important ones are 1.Design name, 2.Size in width or height (cm. or inch.) you may inform us only one side as the other side obviously will go proportionate, 3.Fabric to embroiderer and 4. When do you need the digitized design to be sent back?

All we need is a relatively clear image with color separations. However, the better artwork, the better the final product. If the artwork is clean, then the digitizing will be good

If your artwork is OK so we will process your order and send the invoice. Otherwise, we will contact you via your email.

We will give all the major file (EMB, PDF, JPEG, DST, PES) and any format for customer requirements.

When your design is ready, it will automatically send to your email.

Our turnaround time is 4 to 6 hours, if you want to get your order quickly, you will get it in 1 to 3 hours.

We accept vector format artwork such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, etc. If you send us in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), please be sure to convert the artwork from text to curves first.

We use Wilcom Embroidery Studio Elements 3, E1 E2 V9 for digitizing embroidery.

We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. If we find any problem, and we ever find it, we correct it and sew it again. We do this until it is finally perfect. This final sample image is provided FREE of charge to you when we send the embroidery file by email
